Gentle Hatha Yoga for Adults and Seniors
As our body ages, it is easy to stay flexible with Yoga ~ In fact Gentle Yoga can and will increase your flexibility.  This will also aid in circulation, digestion and help your overall physical and mental well being.  You will feel better.

Everyone can benefit from a "personal" Yoga Practice. We can customize a  program to meet your personal needs.  Currently ongoing classes classes are available at The Sonoma Ashram (see below) Private lessons are available in Sonoma, Kenwood, Glen Ellen and Santa Rosa areas.  Let us help you create a gentle, easy Yoga program that will inspire you and your group.  We also  combine yoga instructions with self massage, to enhance the benefits of your practice.

Adult Classes:
Imagine feeling better... Give yourself 6 weeks to explore and feel the many benefits of a personal Yoga practice. An in depth focus on the 12 poses of the Sun Salutations will help you develop a strong foundation for a home practice. Currently, private classes are available and held at your location. Great for office groups or gatherings as well as individuals.
